A newly renovated, clean, comfortable, relaxing 3 bedroom country accommodation with amazing views and sunsets. All linen is provided for your stay. Our cottage boasts comfortable beds with electric blankets, a wood fire for winter, air conditioning for Summer, fully equipped laundry and lots of outdoor space. The space Pound Hill Cottage is the perfect place to stay if you wish to escape the hustle and bustle and wish to relax. Are you looking for the perfect country break? Located on our 10 acre property Pound Hill Cottage is a gorgeous country style cottage that has a pretty cottage garden complete with lavender, roses and geraniums. It has just been newly renovated including a brand new bathroom and freshly painted throughout. It is spacious inside and is tastefully decorated. We provide everything you and your family need for an easy, relaxing stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with an brand new oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and all your cooking utensils. We include milk, tea and coffee. You’ll love the bathroom which has been newly renovated and has a shower which includes shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. There is plenty of room to relax by the wood fire with a glass of wine or on the verandah and watch the sun set. There is firewood provided for your stay so you can enjoy the lovely wood fire or there is a split system to keep you cool in summer and also warm in winter. We want you to be comfortable during your stay. The three bedrooms include beds that are warm and comfy with quality linen and electric blankets. We love to host families and provide board games and books for the kids. The kids will love the large yard to run around in. The laundry has a washing machine with washing powder included and dryer (located in the garage). You’ll enjoy the outdoor area with a BBQ to sit and enjoy the country aspect. A single lock up garage will keep your car secure. Guest access Guests have access to the entire cottage and a large surrounding yard. The cottage has its own driveway entrance. Other things to note Please do not open any of the gates to the neighbours property. There are animals on the neighbouring properties that could escape through open gates. The cottage has its own driveway entrance that means that no gates need to be opened please. It is worth noting that although it has doors on both ends and can be closed off, one of the cottage bedrooms needs to be walked through to access the other end of the cottage. Please note due to other animals on nearby properties, we are a pet free accommodation so cannot accept any pets during your stay. Any service animals must be accompanied by the required paperwork.
