A quick briefing about the House: 1) Two Air-conditioned sleeping places - Master Bedroom & Living/ Entertainment room. Both the rooms are air conditioned & have king/ queen size beds as sleeping arrangements. 2) Incumbent Private Closet & Dressing space inside the Master Bedroom with additional Wardrobes. 3) A separate kitchen with enclosed dining space. A quick mention, there's food menu of a few good restaurants also available inside the property & they can door deliver food to your choice. Important Points to Note : a) This property is suited for a maximum of FOUR Guests (4A). b) The property is taken care of by our dedicated cleaning agency (housekeeping) staff daily. Time slots of our staff availability are 09:00 - 12:00. c) For guests staying more than a day, please be advised, the bed linens etc. are replaced every alternate day by the housekeeping staff. d) Guests must take care of cleaning their own dishes, crockery, utensils, cutlery etc. used during their stay. Dishwashing service is chargeable. e) Guests are requested to avoid arriving at property post 10:00 PM during their entire stay. Check OUT during early morning hours post 05:00 AM is not an issue.
