Quiet and cozy 1 bedroom rental, parking space

Second story apartment filled with artwork, books, and plants, this is a great place to relax. Two porches and a large backyard allow outdoor enjoyment. Ithaca Commons is a 12 minute walk. 10 minute drive to both Cornell and Ithaca College campuses. The space 1 Full size bed, one futon couch in the living room that folds down into a Full size bed. A camp cot is available on request. Very clean, with a fully equipped kitchen, and charcoal BBQ grill. New paintwork, old flooring. Folding table and chairs available for backyard dining too. Please let me know in advance if you’d like to use those. For those with allergies, please note that a dog lives in the space when it is not being rented. Pet friendly. Absolutely no smoking please. Guest access Guests have access to the entire second floor apartment, upstairs balcony, and 1st floor front porch. Guests can use the back yard and single designated parking spot. Other things to note Parking is accessed by turning into the gravel driveway between the green house and the neighboring beige house with brown trim. Please park in the spot directly behind 323 Center St, (green house,) closest to the holly bushes and evergreens.
