Azalea Mountain Store Upstairs Loft Apartment

This unique 1912 building has a style all its own, & a great history to be shared! While staying here, you will discover how it has served its community and guests as a Cafe, Dance Hall, Post Office, Hotel, Mercantile & Grocery Store. We’ve tried to recapture it’s old country charm by investing a lot of love & details into the Country Store & guest rooms. Our guest get special back door access to the store & will have an amazing experience staying above this fun business’ activities. The space The upstairs loft unit was created from the use of the old sign boards that were once on the roof of the store in the late 1940’s thru 1990. The claw foot tub was an original from one of the first bathrooms installed in the building, but has been retrofitted with a shower head for those who prefer showers. Even though it’s an old building, this space has a young fun vibe. Guest access During store hours, the barrel doors will be unlocked between the Foyer and the store for guest to use. It’s will be our guests exclusive special access. The back porch entrance area is reserved for residence and staying guest only...so take advantage of enjoying this private area as well. Check-in after 4pm Check-out by 11am
