There is a queen is one bedroom, two twins in the other and two twins up in the loft. We do suggest that nobody under the age of 5 stay in the unit as there are open stairs to the loft and the loft only has a half wall. Kitchen and both bathrooms have been updated.  Wood-burning stove to keep warm. Gearhart Golf Links across the street, 1/2 mile walk to tennis courts and for coffee, wine and sweet treats! PETS NOT ALLOWED! Gearhart House guests have access to an indoor heated pool, hot tub and exercise room.  **Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, this includes the patio areas, balconies and common areas**
