Everything you need to be comfortable away from home. The space Our bungalow is well equipped with most everything you'll need for a fun stay in Grass Valley. All sheets, towels and bedding is well stocked. The kitchen has all the major appliances you'll need. Just a quick trip to the local safeway and you'll be set! The back deck gets eastern exposure, so sunrise coffee with the birds is a beautiful way to start the day and a great way to relax in the evenings. Accessibility: one small step up into the bungalow's front door then everything is on one level throughout the house. One step down onto the deck and a small flight down into the back yard gardens. Guest access Fran's bungalow is walking distance from historic downtown Grass Valley. Unique and charming shops, restaurants, tap houses and a Safeway are all within walking distance. Biking, swimming, skiing and hiking are all within a short drive. Other things to note There is off street parking for 1 large car or two mid to small cars in the driveway. On street parking is also available. A Pack n Play as well as toddler bed is available, along with children's toys and books.
