The Harvey Loft 303 pays homage to the Harvey’s Department Store that occupied 506 Church Street from the 1940s until the 1980s. Fred Harvey Sr. started his business at this location and turned it into one of Nashville’s most beloved shopping locations. Every stay at 506 Lofts helps someone experiencing homelessness in Nashville through our Rooms for Rooms program! The average weekend stay provides 16 nights in a bed, 100 free showers, or 30 free meals! The space This 880 SF loft features 16 foot high ceilings and has amazingly married the aesthetics of a 130 year old building with the modern finishes today’s travelers desire. Loft 303 sleeps up to 6 guests. It has 2 bedrooms (one with a Queen bed & one with a King bed), one Queen sleeper sofa in the living room, a full kitchen, and 2 full bathrooms! Guest access Prior to your arrival, you will receive a unique key code that will give you access to the property. This code will unlock the main door to the building, your unit, as well as the stairwell door and elevator. Although there is no on-site parking, there is a wide array of parking options nearby. Upon booking your stay, we will send you a detailed parking guide. Other things to note *Note: This loft has large overhead skylight windows (that let in tons of natural sunlight) instead of standard wall windows. The skylight window in the bedroom even has a fancy remote control shade so you can block the morning sun if desired! We require Friday and Saturday nights to be booked in the same reservation unless the reservation is for 5 nights or longer. Under certain scenarios we can make exceptions to this, so please ask if you are looking to check-in or out on Saturday. We are also neighbors to a very cool and elegant cigar bar called The Ariston. They have a full bar and sell amazing cigars! The smell is occasionally noticeable in the halls but almost never in the rooms, and is rarely an issue with guests. We always like to address it upfront just to be safe (and to make sure y'all stop by the cigar bar if you're interested!). *Acceptance of reservations for local residents (residing within 60 miles of Nashville) is at the discretion of the property.
