Totally relax in this calm, stylish space in its rural setting. The studio has been recently refurbished to a very high standard and is a calm comfortable space well equipped for you to enjoy during your stay. Comfortable bed, smart TV. The kitchen is spacious light airy and well equipped with oven induction hob, toaster microwave, kettle and washing machine. Tea coffee sugar are supplied with fresh milk in the fridge for you to enjoy a drink upon arrival. The space The Studio is positioned in a country setting with it’s own private Walled garden space with seating area. As you enter into the newly fitted kitchen there is a shower room at the rear Storage area for coats luggage etc and a seating area to enjoy meals. The stairs lead from the kitchen up to the landing with built in spacious storage wardrobes wooden coat hangers provided. Continuing into the lounge area and spacious bedroom with beautiful bed linen and soft cushions. Guest access As you arrive at the main gates you will enter a given key code and gates will automatically open, the Studio is positioned on the left in its own private corner of a large courtyard with parking directly outside your front door. You have access to the walled garden area with garden furniture and the whole space in the Studio. When leaving the premises the gates will automatically open, and upon your return key in the code to re-enter. Other things to note The studio is in a county setting and tucked away so clear directions will be given upon booking. There are two pubs close by a lovely farm shop and cafe a few minutes drive away, a local shop 5 minute walk or a 2 minute drive away, and a co-op in the next village 5 minute drive away. The area has lovely walks from your front door with lovely villages and cafes to visit during your stay Elvaston Castle country park 4.5 miles away. Nottingham and Derby 7 miles.
