Original wood floors and built-ins along with a darling fireplace. The front porch is a great place to enjoy the evening. Guests will have access to 1400 square feet! Guest access Entire home-- Master bedroom, guest bedroom, office/study, and 2 bathrooms. Free reign of the kitchen and board/card games included! Brand new washer and dryer + soap/dryer sheets available for you. Charcoal and lighter for the grill available upon request! NOTE: you must accurately disclose how many guests will be staying in order for adequate sleeping spaces to be prepared for your party! Other things to note - Smart home! Amazon Alexa speakers located throughout the home. Use your voice to turn on lamps, porch lights, play music, check the weather forecast, and much more! (easily deactivated upon guest's request) - Apple HDMI adapter included if you'd like to stream on the TV directly from your laptop. - Access to owner's Netflix and Hulu - Dog usually lives on the premises but you should find extremely little if any trace of him!
