Post Ian Upgrades!! We want our guests have everything needed for a magnificent stay! The open concept, split master floor plan is on a quiet street and it's not your average rental! From the fully appointed gourmet kitchen, to the splendid pool overlooking the Golf Course, and added amenities like pool chaises, beach gear, a gas grill, and bicycles, our home offers more than the average rental villa. The space The villa sleeps up to 6 guests. It has 1 king, 1 queen, and 2 twin beds. There are two full and one half bathrooms. We are PET FRIENDLY (additional fees apply, see below). Guest access This rental is for the entire property. Other things to note Pet Fee is $100/ pet, limit 2 (less than 50 lbs). Pool Heat Available for $75/week (winter months only). Please make arrangements prior to arrival date to make payment.
