Home in Norman

Your Room is in a home built in the 60s . It was slightly renovated but still has it's old dated flair. The room has a full bed, dresser, desk, smart TV mini fridge and microwave. May use kitchen and laundry. Just 2 miles East of OU Campus, much of shopping/restaurants is close by in walking distance. The space Please read the entire description before you book: You will not get the entire house all to yourself, you are only renting one room in this 3 bed 1 bath home. Kitchen is fully equipped so you may prepare your meals. Laundry facilities in the garage. We started renovating teh home but a few details are left to finish . Though this should not deter from enjoying a relaxing night (or more). Please do not expect Mr/Mrs. House Perfect. The price is right for lots of comfort, convenience and privacy. If there should be anything you are lacking or needs attention just let us know and I will see to accommodate your request. It is just 2 miles to get to campus that you may even walk it, like to the Football stadium it takes about 25 minutes, all shopping is just around the corner. Since you share the home with others, we also expect that you be mindful of the established house rules: = No smoking inside the house (not ion garage either) = NO Marijuana or other recreational drugs anywhere on the property. = No un-authorized visitors = And respect your co-residents by always cleaning up after you in bath and kitchen: ==> Our simple Golden House Rule: Leave the place the way you found it ! Guest access The entire house is yours. Enjoy the back yard, seat cushions are in the closet next to teh kitchen entrance. Other things to note Please : On a very important note: It means a lot to me that my guest will enjoy their stay at my places. I opted in to serve those that appreciate traveling at reasonable cost without having to sacrifice on comfort. To avoid any false expectations because you may be used to staying in an overpriced hotel or in a run-down Inn I want to point out that I offer simple Airbnbs with yet each having a unique personal touch and an unmatched level of comfort that one won't find at a better rate in town . We manage all ourselves to keep the cost low at your end. So PLEASE keep in mind that my Airbnbs are HOMES and not hotels or vacation resorts. We do our best to make your stay enjoyable and that you are provided with many amenities that a hotel won't offer or would charge you extra for. The house is older and has its minor defects and we are modernizing as we find funds and time. But that does not mean it is unsanitary or unsafe We are not providing a super modern box of white bleached walls. So : If you expect hotel service and can't handle a grain of dust overlooked or a fly that has croaked between cleaning and your arrival then our homes may not be for you. But if you are a modest Airbnb-er who appreciates a great value then you will enjoy staying in this house .
