You can enjoy Netflix, PrimeVideo and other streaming services with Roku-enabled TV. Family can enjoy arcade games, foosball, air hockey and many board games after a day of outdoor fun. Guest access All the house’s space except garage, or locked storage. Other things to note Neighbour is building a new house in 2025 so be aware of potential noises. The 1st floor patio underneath the deck is UNPAVED with clear stones and boards. Please take a closer look at the pictures before you book, especially if you have young kids. For winter booking, please note the downstairs are colder than 2nd floor. The game room (with 2 twin beds) in particular is very cold. Also please note there is no indoor fireplace. Although you can certainly use the outdoor one. There will be security cameras on the outside of house, facing common areas such as driveway and backyards.
