"Linaki" seaview holiday house, w/yard & parking

2 levels, 2 separate entrances (per level), furnished, obvious wooden roof, 1 bd with a/c, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens with refrigerator, microwave, oven, coffee maker, 2 dining rooms, washing machine, solar, mountain-sea view, 2 parking spaces. Can accommodate up to 6 persons. Distances: 2' walk to the tavern. By car: 7' from Sivota with the fish taverns, 15' from beautiful beaches, 12' from the cosmopolitan Nidri & the picturesque Vasiliki and 30' from the enchanting Porto Katsiki! The space Lainaki: 45m ² per level. On the 1st level there is 1 double and 1 single bed, baby cot (upon request), dining room (4 seats), bathroom, kitchen with fridge, oven and coffee maker, fan, washing machine, courtyard with table/chairs (private) and free parking space. Can accommodate up to 3 guests. On the 2nd level there is 1 bedroom with double bed, a/c & wardrobe, playpen (on request), iron/ironing board, dining area (4 seats), 1 single bed, kitchenette with fridge, coffee maker, microwave, stereo, TV (32'') & bathroom (with hair dryer) and yard with table/chairs (shared). Can accommodate up to 3 guests. Each level has a separate entrance. Between them, they are connected by an internal wooden staircase (which closes with a wooden small door). Guest access The house "Lainaki" belongs to the Fox Tale Guest House, which has a garden with a picnic table, board games and books, a barbecue and an amateur summer cinema just for our guests once a week - popcorn on the house. 🦊🍿 Other things to note 1) In our place we do not provide breakfast, but every morning, around 10am (except Sunday), a baker passes through our village with bread, traditional pies, koulouria and sweets. You'll hear the horn, go up our street and see him! 2) During the summer months, paragliding flights take place on Kathisma beach. Due to increased demand, you will need to pre-book your spot a few days in advance, depending on occupancy.
