A person comes by once a week to clean, pick up dirty laundry left by previous guests, and bring back clean laundry for future guests. It has a 15 m² terrace naturally enclosed by pine trees with direct access to the 2200 m² private and common land (several apartments in the residence) in which you can stroll, picnic, and get a breath of fresh air. We offer 100% "self check-in" accommodation thanks to a key box. In order to please you by cooking the specialties of the Charente Maritime, we offer you an equipped kitchenette (fridge, freezer, electric stove, combined microwave oven, storage). The cozy living room has been refurbished and tastefully decorated. The sofa bed offers you the comfort of a sofa during the day and that of a bed for 2 people to sleep. For your convenience, we provide several bed sets. We love connectivity and we share it with you through the internet with Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. But also, a connected TV and a Bose sound bar. For the summer, 3 fans (2 in the living room and 1 in the bathroom) will be there to cool you down, and for the winter, 3 heaters will warm you up in addition to the 2 warm and soft blankets. Thanks to its high ceiling, a mezzanine marries very well with the comfort of the apartment and guarantees an extra bed for a child or teenager. To relax further, enjoy a bathtub in the bathroom.
