Cosy Self-Contained Annexe in Coastal Village

Quiet setting in Wembury village with rural views and sea glimpses from the property. 5-10 mins walk to the beach and Southwest Coastpath and many other rural walks nearby. Beach has a cafe and loos, and is popular for surfing, kayaking and other water sports. The annexe has six steps up to a small area of decking to the front, and access to a large patio and garden to the rear; free street parking. The village has a pub and shop and a bus service to/from Plymouth just outside the property. The space The annexe is entirely self-contained with front and rear access. It has an open plan living area with a small kitchen area at one end, and separate shower room. There is a 40 inch Smart TV and good WiFi signal. In addition to muesli, cornflakes, sugar, tea and coffee (both caf and decaf) we provide a first-day welcome basket of breakfast items which generally includes fresh milk, eggs, porridge, fruit, bread, butter and preserves. For walkers we may be able to offer transport locally, subject to availability. Guest access There is space for one car on the street outside the property and guests are welcome to use the front decking (sun in the evenings) and the rear patio (table & chairs) and garden (sun in mornings and throughout the day). For longer term guests we can arrange access to a washing machine. Other things to note We can also offer help in planning local tours and information on the area.
