Walk out the door onto the sand. Enjoy the small town feel and breathtaking views out every window. This home is equipped for adults and families with children. 15 minutes from Newport's Oregon Coast Aquarium and Yachats with all its charms are within 10 minutes. Our home is nestled between the ocean and Alsea Bay where you can personally catch the best local dungeness crab from a rented boat or off the dock. Community pickle ball court and pool! The space Reverse living with ocean or bay views from all upstairs rooms. Master and guest bedrooms on main level both with King sized bed. Jacuzzi bathtub in Master bath. Bonus room with memory foam mattress in sleeper sofa downstairs. One bedroom with Memory foam topper on Queen bed and an additional bunk room with 2 twin over full beds down stairs. Washer and Dryers. 70" 4K LED TV with surround sound in great room, 60" 4K LED TV with surround sound in bonus room, Sonos music system in living room. Corn Hole and beach toys available. Updated decor in 2020 which is not the norm for other Waldport beachfront homes. We bring our sweet lab to the beach and we know how many guests have well behaved dogs who love the beach as much as ours. We will consider up to 2 dogs inside the house. We DO NOT allow dogs to sleep on the beds or sit on couches. We also can not allow dogs to be locked in the home while you are away. Leaving them in the garage is fine. We will add a pet fee of $40 per dog to the booking after you let us know you are bringing them. * Absolutely NO weddings or events. A fine of $5000 will be assessed if there is an event or weddings. Guest access Guests have access to Bayshore club pool (for small fee) community pickle ball and tennis. Beach access from back door! Walk out back door to miles of beach, walk to the south and you will end up on the shore of the bay. Other things to note There will be a $40/dog fee charged. Please let us know in advance and we will send a pet fee request. We DO NOT allow dogs to sleep on the beds or sit on couches. We also can not allow dogs to be locked in the home while you are away. Leaving them in the garage is fine. This home is not handicap accessible. There is a staircase up to front door and then staircase to main level. Beach access is down stairs off deck. Beach fires are absolutely not allowed on the East side of the beach grass line. Fires are only permitted on the ocean side of the grass line. A $250 fine will be given for fires in wrong area so feel free to ask us and we will guide you to the right area.
