Rental unit in Brooklyn

**please read and look at all details listed!** *all photos are in the natural light* I’ve set up my space to stay inspired! I have a Frida Kahlo inspired kitchen and a rococo inspired bedroom! The sitting room has a desk to work and a day bed to lounge. The middle room is used as a studio for photography, painting, tv, getting cozy etc. The couch folds down into a bed if you need it. Please feel free to use the space as such! The space ***NEXT DOOR TO 3 DOLLAR BILL*** *This is a RAILROAD type apartment. The extra bed can either be the fold down couch or a blow up mattress or the day bed.* Every room has a window so you get great lighting throughout the apartment at all times of the day. The photos of the place are in the natural light. The apartment is set up like a U shaped railroad. It’s very cozy and inspiring! Guest access The roof! There’s a view of the entire city! No access code needed. Simply walk up two floors. Other things to note This is an old building so the heat is central. It often gets too hot so I leave the windows open a lot. There is an ac in the bedroom if it gets too hot at night that you can use as well. It is also on the fourth floor in a walk up building, no elevator.
