Only 1 mile from the new Caesars casino - Welcome to the cute comfy house! This home has 2 bedrooms with a queen in each room. There is an additional single person foldout cot in the closet. Freshly remodeled from top to bottom and situated on an acre in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood minutes away from Main St., Averette University, downtown and the Riverwalk. Washer/Dryer in the basement The space This home is very comfy and will keep you warm in cold nights and cool during hot days. the smart tv has disney +, amazon, peacock and youtube the couch in living room is very cozy, and the beds are queen size comfortably sleeping 4 and two closets for hanging your clothes and 1 big dresser for storage There is an extra small cot in the closet Also a brand new washer and dryer in the basement Guest access you have access to the entire home and carport aside from just two closets that are locked for supplies Other things to note we are not handicap/wheelchair accessable. there are steps to get into house and stairway to basement for laundry. and no chair or railing in shower you will see deer and various birds the hospital is 1.7 miles away called sovah smoking is allowed outside only
