You can't beat our location as we are right in the heart of Downtown Carlsbad Village with many award-winning restaurants, coffee houses and boutique shopping all within walking distance. We would love to host your beach vacation. The space This condo offers you a spectacular ocean view. This extra-large two-bedroom and one-bathroom condo is newly remodeled and is located on the 3rd floor. All the furnishings and artwork have been handpicked by an amazing Interior Designer and are absolutely stunning. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the housewares you need for a comfortable stay and has been recently remodeled with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and a custom marble dining room table. The living room is furnished with a 55” wall-mounted smart TV, new furnishings, and a decorative electric fireplace. A pleasant space to work as our Wi-Fi is great. The large balcony has two lounge chairs, an outdoor dining set to help you relax, unwind and enjoy the ocean view. A perfect spot for coffee, wine, or al fresco dining. The bathroom has an oversized soaking tub, rain shower and a lovely ocean view. The bedroom is fully stocked with all the blankets and sheets to keep you cozy. Large closets and dressers provide ample storage space. We are proud to be one of the few Carlsbad Rentals that accept pets. We would love for you to bring your fury friend. Please note: there is a $125 pet fee, this fee will be charged after your booking is confirmed. Parking is a breeze! There is a private parking lot located behind the building for guest use only. We offer convenient and contactless check ins. Once you book your reservation, you will receive a message, closer to your check in date, with a digital door code and you can check in at your convenience. #BLRE002593 Guest access You and your guest will have exclusive use of the entire ocean view condo. Other things to note What we would like you to know: -This space is located about 300 ft from the public beach parking lot. This parking lot is open to the public from 5 AM - 11 PM daily. The parking lot is between us and the beach. -We have A/C in all of our condos now and we provide fans and energy efficient PORTABLE heaters. -We do not have an elevator and all 2nd and 3rd floor condos require stair climbing. -We are proud to be a Non-Smoking Property. There is no smoking inside or outside on our property, including the balconies. -Due to the ocean air, sometimes our sliding doors and screens get a bit sticky. We try our best to keep everything sliding smooth, but the climate can be rough on our doors. -We are professionally managed and there is a property manager available to assist you with anything you may need during your stay. -There are NO EVENTS or parties allowed on our property. -Please note that there is only one tv in the living room and one in the master bedroom in our 1 and 2 bedrooms. Studios will have one smart tv.
