WE REQUIRE A MIN OF (3) POSITIVE REVIEWS FROM OTHER HOSTS. We have been involved in a scam that has forced us to implement this rule. The space Unit has a queen size Murphy Bed, two couches in an L configuration (not a pull out bed-but can be put together to sleep one person), a faux fireplace and an outdoor BBQ. The unit has most everything one would need as I lived in the space myself. Please use only the one tandem parking stall right outside the door. If you pull up far enough you can fit two cars there. Guest access Feel free to open any cupboard or drawers you wish. However, when opening and closing the kitchen pantry door please be gentle as it tends to come off the tracks every once in a while. Other things to note Public transportation is good around Glendale with the BeeLine which will take you all around Glendale for very little cost. The Glendale Galleria, The Americana, Brand Bl Shopping, and a variety of shops and restaurants are all within walking distance. I would often walk up to the Americana at night for a movie, to shop, people watch, or to watch the free light show that’s synchronized to music. Starbucks is right next door, and a great place to eat called the Schwarma Factory. Trust me you’ll wanna ask for extra garlic sauce/dip!!! The unit is close to bus/train stop that will take you to LA, SD, LAX, Union Station, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Burbank Airport, etc. Walking at night on South Central is clean, convenient, and safe.
