The house has a fully furnished kitchen (less dishwasher). Recently remodeled and updated in 2016. Relax in the far infrared sauna or steam bath with rain fall shower. THE BEDROOMS King Bedroom with Sealy Posturepedic pillow top mattress (between soft and firm), wall to wall lighted oak dresser furnishing, closet with hangers to store your belonging. Queen Bedroom with euro memory foam topper, dresser with mirror, nightstands and closet with hangers. Bunk Beds: two twin bed for a larger family or friends traveling together. BATHROOM 1 our space efficient full bathroom with deep soaker tub/shower, granite counter top, and tiled floor is down the hall next to three bedrooms. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, and towels provided. Also a hairdryer. BATHROOM 2 Rain fall shower located off the garden room. LIVING ROOM is bright and spacious to accommodates the guests with nice and comfortable sofa and two spacious recliner side by side, 55" HD flat screen smart TV with Blu Ray DVD player, Netflix and high speed internet services. KITCHEN is fully equipped (less dishwasher) with stove, refrigerator, wall mount microwave, coffee pot, rice cooker, toaster, pots and pans, utensils, silverware. Vegetable cooking oil, spices, sugar and powdered creamer, flour, tea, hot/cold chocolate powder and fresh ground coffee is also provided. Lots of counter space for preparing meals should you decided to stay and make your own meals. LAUNDRY ROOM inside the house and available for your convenience. GARDEN ROOM A room to relax, read or enjoy the far infrared sauna and steam bath with rain fall shower. PARKING Parking space on the property. THE NEIGHBORHOOD is surrounded by city limits but in a rural residential neighborhood left as county. 1 mile drive to Walmart, 0.7 miles to Safeway, and gas station. Guest access You get the privacy of the entire home, Garden room lighted front yard garden. The back yard is not shown and is not accessible for guests and being set up for the ground keeper/ housekeeper living space, but rest assured it will not imposed in your privacy setting.
