Private 2 Bedroom Suite near White Rock Beach

Relax and Feel Like Home in this spacious and brand new suite in beautiful White Rock/South Surrey Area. Just a short stroll to the beach, parks, restaurants, shopping and US border. Ideal for families of 2 adults and 2 kids, or for a couple (not suitable for 4 unrelated adults). The space This 850 sqft basement suite has it all. Separate entrance to enjoy your private suite with 2 bedroom and a bathroom, living area with comfortable couch, WiFi, 50" LCD TV with Netflix, washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen and tableware. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other one has a bunk bed with a desk and chair. Large closets in each bedroom provide great storage space. Guest access Separate entrance on the left side of the house (when looking at the house from the street). Guests will walk down 10 stairs to enter the code provided on the keypad for ease of access. There is plenty of parking available on the street a few steps from the house. If you however, need to park on the driveway just let us know and we'll accommodate it. Other things to note Guests will need to be able to go down and up about 10 stairs. There are beach chairs, towels, umbrella and cooler provided. There is also a Pack and Play for the little ones to rest and/or play. Note that you could hear some footsteps during non-sleeping hours as we live upstairs but we try to be as quiet as possible. There will no to minimal noise during the evening hours (10 pm to 8 am). Please note that unauthorized visitors are strictly prohibited. Any visitors not part of the guests group must be authorized by us and are not allowed to stay late in the evening or sleepover. Parties and large gatherings are not allowed. Please note that the main house (level above your suite) will also be rented during the month of August 2025. While we are asking those guests to keep noise low, we can’t control it.
