Master Private Suite with Private Bathroom and Mini Kitchen. (400sqft) We would love to have you as a guest in our 2000 sqft house (4bds /3 ba). The house is a super quiet, cul-de-sac street with plenty of street parking. Most guests who stay at our place are responsible adults who stay for 1 month up to a year - in town on business, school, co-op, healthcare, IT, etc. The space Co-LIVING You will be joining a co-living space for Airbnb guests. There are 4 units in total (typically 4 total guests). You have access to common space that includes the Living room, Kitchen/Dining Room, Basement Laundry Room, and Back Patio. YOUR ROOM Your Master Suite Unit is a space of its own. It's roughly 400 sqft of space that includes a big bedroom, bathroom, and a mini-kitchen. Mini kitchen includes a small refrigerator, microwave, and basic kitchen essentials. Your room will have Queen Size Bed, Modern Desk/Chair, Smart TV with Local Channels + Netflix. PARKING There are two-lane driveway parking spots and plenty of free street parking. ENTRY ACCESS The guest will access the house through the front door using an Electronic Lock. COMMUNICATION - GROUP MESSAGING When you check in, you will be added to the group text for existing Airbnb guests of Maphet House to keep a line of communication open between host and guests. This is used as a guest introduction and any important announcements. Guest access You will have access to your assigned Suite and common living area that includes the living room, dining room and kitchen, and Washer and Dryer in the basement and backyard. Your room has TV and Netflix, High-Speed Internet/Wifi, fresh towels, shampoo, soap, etc. Your room also has a mini kitchen with Faucet, Microwave, mini Fridge, some dishes, cups, and utensils. You also have access to Full Kitchen (Shared). During your stay As a co-living space, you will be seeing other Airbnb guests in the common areas. It’s really up to you on how much you would like to interact with others. If you don’t want to, you can stay in your room and do your thing but most guests feel more comfortable when they at least meet once the others who are sharing the same roof. We mostly attract good friendly people, long-term business professionals, and seasonal interns who come to work for GE, IBM, Healthcare companies, P&G, etc. During Spring/Sumer/Fall, we sometimes hold grill-outs in the backyard area to help welcome guests, connect, and socialize. Other things to note The place is great for business travelers and seasonal interns as it's conveniently located close to I-71 highway. Just a couple miles from Kenwood Mall, a couple of miles from Oakley, and 10 miles from Downtown Cincinnati. It has easy access to the highway, restaurants, shops. Parking There is one car driveway and plenty of free street parking. The driveway is available to whoever parks there first. This is not assigned to anyone.
