We have the fastest WiFi in the valley. Provider just installed first fiber optic cable! You walk in on the main level to a large living room and kitchen. The living room opens out to a private deck with amazing views. Enjoy lots of seating at the table while you take in the sunset over the mountains while listening to running water that flows behind this unit. Don’t be surprised if you see deer or moose taking a drink. There is a private half bathroom on this level, as well. Downstairs you will enjoy 3 private rooms, 2 bathrooms, and a full laundry room. The spacious master suite has a log framed king size bed and a private bath with an oversized deep soaking tub with a new luxurious shower head. Walk out to the patio and enjoy socializing around the gas fire pit. The second bedroom is very large, supporting 2 double beds, dresser, and closet. The third bedroom has a twin bed with a trundled second twin bed, perfect for 2 kiddos; our kids love sleeping here. The second bathroom is full sized with a tub/shower combo. The Ogden Valley is surrounded by mountains with a large reservoir in the center of it all. This small town gives you the best of both worlds; playing in the mountain and/or playing on the water. With 3 outstanding ski slopes and hundreds of miles of trails you and the family will never go bored. Just an easy one hour drive from SLC airport to the condo. The Valley has numerous restaurants, cafes, and bars to enjoy. Roads are very well maintained in the winter so travel is rarely impeded, and if so for just a limited time. If you’re here to ski/snowboard but don’t like the idea of driving up to the slopes the bus stop is one block away, taking you to both Powder Mountain and Snowbasin Resort, as well as into the city of Ogden. (NOTE: Bus service is seasonal, check with UTA for correct service times and dates). Hot Tub, pool, game room, and fitness facility are open! There maybe limits on the number of guests/groups that are able to use these amenities at one time. Any rules like that are governed by the HOA. Enjoy!
