This chalet bungalow is set on 2 floors with 3 bedrooms, a living room, dining room, 2 bathrooms, utility room, a fully equipped kitchen and large garden. Plenty of parking in the front driveway for up to 6 cars. Abingdon town centre 3.5 miles. Oxford city centre 8.5 miles away (Redbridge Park & Ride 3.6 miles from the house). Milton Park - 5.5 miles. Didcot Parkway - 7.5 miles Other things to note Upstairs has slanted ceilings and restrictive head height. Heating is managed via a nest & is regulated at a constant 21.5C. If this level of heat in the house is too much or too little, the thermostat is located in the hallway by the door leading to the dining room. It can be adjusted as required. The stove & oven has automatic ignition. Please ensure the switch behind the stove is on, before attempting to light stove. No matches required. Hot water in the downstairs bathroom comes on automatically between 6 am - 8 am, then 5 pm - 8 pm each day. Hot water downstairs' is tank fed. If required during the day, please switch on manually. The switch is in a cupboard in the downstairs hallway. Hot water booster can be turned on manually as needed. Generally this maybe required when between 4-6 guests stay at the house, if everyone has showers or many run baths back to back. Upstairs shower is electric. Please turn red switch outside the bathroom on to ensure hot water is available. Food & general waste can be put in the main kitchen bin. A separate recycle bin is available in the kitchen for bottles & cardboard. Please ensure soiled nappies are disposed of hygienically. Please run the kitchen tap for longer if hot water is required it is located a bit away from the hot water tank.
