Furnished walk-out guest suite nestled between city & nature (1 free parking spot). 20 min to the airport 5 min walk to bus terminal, grocery, pharmacy, Liquor Stores, restaurants, banks, salons, fast food etc +Nearby lakes, parks, rec center, library, 1.5km to hwy 410. + bike/drive distance: Outlet mall, Movie theatre, conservation area (w tree top trekking), places of worship etc Separate entrance with electronic lock. We'd love to host you & make your stay comfortable & memorable. The space Bright open spaced & inviting living/ dining area with fully furnished kitchen (great for food lovers!) 1 Bedroom with a double bed, and all linens, storage, etc. Heated floor in our washroom with rain-shower head for a more relaxing experience. Relax on our deep comfy couch and enjoy some movies on our TV. Guest access Guests have access to the entire unit as well as access to the backyard (shared space with the family). However, we will be respectful of your privacy and give you your space especially with shorter stays. Any doors that are locked will not be accessible to guests (i.e fuse, storage, Upstairs unit) Other things to note We have a pantry stocked with some basics (tea, coffee, snacks, etc) for those that are joining us for short term stays. Guests have access to convenient stores and a large grocery store that is within 5 min walking distance. Feel free to make yourself at home and all kitchen equipment, and wine is available for your consumption and pleasure (feel free to replenish with your favorite wine so the next guest can try something different) If there are a few odd things that you require, please feel free to reach out and we will be sure to assist.
