Not only do they have a newly modernized apartment, but they also have a beautiful large east balcony, where you can't have breakfast next to each other, but sitting very well on a sunny morning. From here you can also see the dyke less than 200 m away and a "touch" sea view, which makes you feel like walking quickly to the beach. The bedroom has one double bed and the living room has a modern white folding bed. Particular attention has been paid to furnishings and details and we are therefore pleased to offer you a very cozy apartment apartment for up to 3 persons. The location is excellent: you are on the one hand directly on the beach + sea, on the other hand you have within walking distance restaurants and a bakery in 4 minutes. Aldi and Beverage Market are just a 2-minute drive away. Guest access All rooms are accessible in the apartment. The sunny east-facing balcony is accessible by the bedroom as well as the living room. You will also have access to our two bikes (use at your own risk). Other things to note 2 bicycles are available free of charge (use at your own risk) Please note: There is a final cleaning of 35 euros. Cuxhaven is a spa area, which is why a city tax per person from 16 years of age of 4.10 euros per night in the high season from 1 January - 7 January, 1 April - 31 October and 25 December of a year, as well as 3.30 euros per night in the remaining times must be paid.
