It's located in the heart of the old town, with the iconic Bica Funicular just steps from your door and a fantastic street view! -The famous Netflix serie 'Money Heist' had several scenes filmed in this place. -Just a few steps away from the iconic Bairro Alto - the heart of the city’s nightlife! -Only a 3-minute walk from the Miradouro de Santa Catarina, definitely a must-visit spot with one of the best views of Lisbon! 📸 ❗Street - This is a steep street! Lisbon is known as the 'City of Seven Hills' and has several famous steep streets... this is one of its iconic ones! More, car access is not allowed. 🏠 House - This is apartment in a typical Lisbon building - in a 3rd floor without lift. This is a simple, authentic place — not a typical tourist complex. Here you'll experience real Lisbon life, unfiltered. Don't expect a modern or luxurious apartment — this is a place where humble, local people live. 🏢 Building - The first impression when entering the building might not be the best — the staircase might need some renovation and neighbors (sometimes) leave old personal items in the common areas. However, once you reach our apartment on the 3rd floor... you'll be welcomed into a clean and spacious space. 🌇👀 ❄️ Comfort Guaranteed - Equipped with fans, heaters, and soundproof windows. 🛋️ Living Room – Relax in our welcoming living room! Feel free to reach out with any questions — we’d love to host you. ✅WHAT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR STAY: 🏠 The listed price includes everything: cleaning (before after your stay), electricity, water, TV, Wi-Fi, fresh bed linens, toilet paper, shower gel & soap,etc. 👶Cribs available (upon request). 🧺 Additional towels and bed sheets are available for an extra fee and extra cleaning can be arranged upon request and extra fee as well. 📜 HOUSE RULES: 🚭 Smoking is not allowed. 🦮 We don’t accept pets. 🧼 This is a self-catering rental, so we’ll provide a starter supply of essentials (like toilet paper and detergent) to get you settled in. Once those run out, we kindly ask guests to replenish them as needed. ⚡This apartment is located in a historic part of Lisbon, where the electrical system has some limitations. If you use several high-powered appliances at the same time (such as the washing machine, hairdryer, toaster, water heater, etc.) the safety breakers may trip. This is normal — you have to go to the fuse box and switch all the breakers back on. 🔇Parties are not allowed. 🔊 We have a device in our apartments that monitors noise levels. It does not record conversations — it only measures sound/decibel levels. This helps ensure a peaceful environment for everyone. ✅ CHECK IN RULES -The building and apartment doors are opened using a code. Before your arrival, we will send you a detailed self check-in instructions. Including all the necessary codes. -The apartment will be cleaned and ready for you between 3:00 PM and 4:30 PM. -Unfortunately, we are unable to offer early check-in — the previous guests check out at 11:00 AM and the apartment is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for you. The only way to guarantee an early check-in is to book the previous night. -If you prefer, we can also meet you at the apartment upon arrival! Show you around and answer any questions you may have. In this case, a late check-in fee applies: €10 for arrivals after 8:00 PM, €20 after 11:00 PM and €30 after 1:00 AM. This fee must be paid in cash directly to the person doing the check-in. Please note: in-person check-in may not be possible after 1:00 AM. 👋 CHECK-OUT RULES -You have to be ready to leave the apartment by 11:00 AM! ⏰ -Please make sure that you carefully close the apartament door! -If keys are provided, kindly leave them on the dining table before you leave. -Unfortunately, staying past 11:00 AM is not possible. 🏢 ACCESSIBILITY -Pedestrian-only street – no car access! -Reachable by foot through Largo do Calhariz. -We recommend you to park at the Calçada do Combro Park or on one of the nearby side streets. 🔉EXTERNAL NOISE -Most guests have no issues with noise. However this is a popular area and you may hear people and street sounds when the windows are open. -The windows are well insulated - when closed the interior is quiet. But, as with any city apartment, some outside noise may still be audible despite the insulation. 🔧 OWNER ACCESS -On some occasions, authorized personnel may need to access the property for maintenance or other necessary tasks (e.g., the owner, building manager, cleaners, repair technicians, etc.).
