15 min from the historic and tourist center of Brantôme and at the gates of the Périgord-Limousin Natural Park, we will be delighted to welcome you to our property surrounded by nature, surrounded by woods and meadows where everything has been designed for rest and relaxation. You will particularly appreciate the calm of the place, the different terraces and rest areas at your disposal according to your desires. Our territory has a rich architectural, historical, artisanal and culinary heritage! The space Attention!: Rental ONLY from Saturday to Saturday in July and August Our cottage 'Brantôme' for 5 pers. is an old stone barn, completely renovated in 2020 of 78m2 - It is classified as Meublé de Tourisme 4* (February 2022), independent of the main house, comfortable and warm. Ground floor: 1 independent entrance, 1 separate toilet 1 living room/living room with 1 open kitchen Floor: 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed 160x200, the other with 2 beds 90x200), 1 bathroom with Italian shower The gite Brantôme also includes upstairs on the landing: 1 alcove equipped with a bed 90x200 (see photos) The kitchen is well equipped: stove/oven, fridge/small freezer box, microwave, Espresso machine, coffee maker, toaster, cooking robot and many other utensils... In the living area: TV, mini Hi-fi/radio channel, Blu-Ray/DVD player (+ 400 movies offered) many board games.... The gite has its own outdoor terrace with garden furniture and BBQ. In the park are at your disposal: large 15 m x 5 m swimming pool with panoramic views, hammocks, petanque court, badminton/volleyball court, croquet, swings, table tennis etc... Our rental is unfortunately not suitable for people with reduced mobility - It is non-smoking and pets are not accepted. Private and covered parking available Access to the shared laundry/boiler room where you will find a shared Laundry machine for the 2 cottages - efficient and drying when needed. In addition to the fridge/freezer compartment in the cottage, you will also have a shared freezer in the laundry room: each cottage has its own compartment/drawer Guest access IMPORTANT!: The 6-hectare property is not fenced, children must be accompanied by their parents and are under their full responsibility during their stay, especially in the secure fenced pool area. Swimming is unattended. A liability waiver will need to be signed before the keys are handed over. The pool is open from May until the end of September and is guaranteed to be heated from June 1st only. The owner's agreement must be requested before third parties can access the property during the rental. Other things to note The cottage 'Brantôme' is adjoining a second cottage: 'Bourdeilles' with a capacity of 4 people (with the same level of equipment), thus giving you the possibility to come to 9 people (subject to its availability on the same dates).
