Living Area: Vaulted-ceiling living room with sofa seating, large flat-screen TV, DVD player, and a wood-burning fireplace (firewood provided seasonally). Dining & Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen with new appliances, large dining table, and additional bar seating — plenty of room for everyone to eat together. Amenities Guests enjoy access to the Giant Steps clubhouse with a large indoor hot tub, steam sauna, laundry facilities, and a game room featuring pool, darts, and air hockey. Free covered parking is included. Location Ski right from your door to Giant Steps lift, or walk to tubing, the park, pond, shops, and local restaurants. Good to Know This is a 3rd-floor unit with no elevator — be prepared to climb stairs. The loft acts as the third bedroom and is open to the living area. The upstairs loft can get warm in summer; extra fans are provided for comfort. WiFi is included, but cell service in Brian Head can be limited — download maps and codes in advance. We strive to accommodate early check-in or late checkout requests whenever possible. Extended access comes with an additional fee of $50, which assists in covering the expenses related to adjusting our housekeeping schedules for special requests.
