The recently renovated apartment offers exclusive private access to the beach, in the beautiful Bay of San Gemiliano, with a capacity of up to 6 guests. The accommodation is located on a private plot of land with a garden of over 6,000 square meters with an entrance gate to the beach. It consists of two double bedrooms, a large living room with a kitchen, and a large double sofa bed. A covered veranda completes the property. The space The apartment has been renovated and has all the comforts for a relaxing and carefree beach vacation. There is a private parking lot on the property. Large outdoor spaces and a large garden with barbecue and outdoor shower complete it, with direct access to the beach, in the enchanting Bay of San Gemiliano. The apartment is accessed through a large covered veranda with the possibility of closing with Sardinian fabric curtains, both to ensure privacy and to be protected from the wind, if necessary. On the veranda there is a round dining table for 8 people. We also created a generous L-shaped sofa with a cinema area through a 50-inch rotating smart TV. We offer Netflix and Amazon Prime Video viewing included in the price. Through two steps you enter the apartment. There is an L-shaped sofa that becomes a comfortable double bed, if you need the 5th and 6th bed, or it is used to relax in the evening. This room is completed by the kitchen equipped with all the appliances and a peninsula with two stools, useful as a worktop or breakfast area. Finally, there is a door to access the corridor that leads to the two double bedrooms (both equipped with independent air conditioning) and the bathroom with the walk-in shower. The house is in a high-tourist area, close to a 4-star resort, where they may organize entertainment activities during dinner time.
