This unit, comfortable and cute, is located in Santa Monica with a Co-Opportunity Grocer on the corner. Only 13 blocks from 3rd Street Promenade shopping/restaurants, and 3 more blocks to the beach. Close to the Expo Line that goes West to downtown Santa Monica, 3rd Street Promenade, Santa Monica Pier, or East to downtown LA. Local coffee shop is a block away. Our street is permit parking. We loan our parking permit with a cash, refundable $50.00 security deposit. The space Private entrance with a private bedroom and bathroom, private living area with a TV and DVD player. There is a large quantity of DVD's available in the unit. Private kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking supplies. Also available is a crock pot, bread maker, and various other amenities. Basic spices and condiments available for guest use. In addition to the queen bed in the bedroom, there is a queen sofa bed. The primary residents will be present on the property during the stay of our guests. We are here to help make your stay more enjoyable. This space is NO SMOKING inside or outside the apartment on our property. Guest access In addition to the private indoor space, you will have access to the front where you can sit in the California sun and relax. A table, 4 chairs, and an umbrella are in the front yard to have coffee or a nice meal outside.
