Welcome to our charming family vacation home, nestled in a peaceful and serene neighborhood. Enjoy the newly added pool with a tranquil water feature, perfect for relaxation and fun. Situated next to a beautiful nature preserve, you'll have easy access to scenic trails and a nearby river, just a short stroll away. With ample space for RV and boat parking, it's an ideal spot for adventurers. Please note, to maintain our home’s comfort and cleanliness, we kindly ask that no pets are allowed. The space Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with luxurious memory foam mattresses for a restful night’s sleep. The master bedroom features a spacious King-size bed, while the two additional bedrooms offer cozy Queen-size beds. For extra guests, the living room provides plenty of space to comfortably accommodate a Queen or King-size air mattress, conveniently stored in the closet. Rest assured, everyone will have a cozy place to relax! Guest access Please note that garage access and the master bedroom closet will be unavailable during your stay. However, we've ensured that there is plenty of other storage space for your convenience. We appreciate your understanding! Other things to note Please note that the boat and trailer onsite are off-limits to guests. The owner may need access to these, but will always provide reasonable notice in advance. The pool is not heated. Pool service is scheduled for Wednesday- Friday (based upon weather conditions) and the pool cleaner will access the area from the side of the home. For your peace of mind, security cameras are located at the front of the home, monitoring the exterior. If you're traveling with a larger group, the adjoining property is also available and can accommodate up to 8 additional guests.
