Dream vacation home for visitors, students and solo travelers in the heart of mid-town Santa Monica. Safe and Quiet neighboorhood! Great location close to Brentwood and Westwood (UCLA). The beach is a 10-minute drive away (no traffic) and a nice walk if you choose. Walk to CVS, Target, Ralphs, Hulu, HBO and lots of restaurants and Bars. Great public transportations system to UCLA, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, and downtown LA. Free WiFi and Laundry. The space The location just can't be beaten. Walking distance to Smart &Final, Ralph's (grocery), Target (department store), CVS (drug store), and lots of beauty salons, sports bars, and fine dining. I love this space and my neighbors are wonderful but do work during the week, so please exercise your common courtesy. One of the primary residents will be present in the house during the stay of my guests. Santa Monica business license #228250. Guest access You have full access to a private bedroom (~120 sqft), a fully functional kitchenette, and a shared bathroom (shared by one other guests). A Queen-size bed is available in the bedroom. Exercise -- The best workout is to run straight down Broadway Ave to the beach and Santa Monica Pier (about 2.5 miles). Biking is also a great option. You can either store the bike in the laundry room or locked to the fence of the garage. Internet. I couldn't imagine leaving you without internet access. You will find access information inside the apartment for free high-speed wi-fi. kitchenette. Plates, inductive cooktop, microwave oven, fridge, cookware, and coffee maker are available for your needs. A fire distinguisher is placed near the kitchen area. Since there was no window in the kitchenette, I ask my guests to avoid heavy cooking (e.g. frying) and food with smells (e.g. Curry). Workspace. There is a dedicated working area in the bedroom. You get a full-size desk in a laptop-friendly area. I got a few manuscripts written on this desk... Bathroom. Shower. Tub. Bath. Shower gel. Shampoo/conditioner. Blow dryer. Towels. You're set. I ask my guests to keep the window open after showering for better air circulation. Please note the bathroom and the kitchenette are shared by two other guests. Bedroom. Binder curtains. Comfortable firm Queen-size bed. You will sleep like a baby. Closet. You will have access to the entire spacious closets in the bedroom. Plenty room for your suitcase, clothes and other personal belongings. Free washer and dryer are available in a shared laundry room (under Unit 5) in the building. A rare benefit for Airbnb guests. There should be a big bottle of laundry detergent marked "#3" for you to use. I'm happy to say this beautiful private room is all yours for the duration since I will consider you my Airbnb family. During your stay I am available by phone, text, and email. Other things to note The kitchen is small but fully functional with stove, microwave oven and fridge.
