The space The home has 3 bedrooms, including a king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 trundle bed, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, living room, separate 2nd living room/office area, backyard, outside pool, laundry room, double garage, and a patio with a barbecue pit. You and your family or friends will have the entire place to yourselves. The co-host lives in the neighborhood and is available to answer any questions you may have. * Pool is NOT temperature regulated * Guest access You can access the entire home, except the maintenance closet in the backyard. Other things to note In an effort to maintain a secure premise, the home is equipped with 5 exterior cameras. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior, and there are no cameras on the inside. Guest is aware that 2 cars can fit in the drive way along with a possible other 2 smaller cars in the garage. Guest is aware trash goes out on Tuesday. Guest is responsible for putting trash out if their reservation includes or checks out on a Tuesday. Guest is aware that pool maintenance is done every Monday.
