We prefer to leave you alone during your stay. Great area for walks! Close to Public Golf Course. Walk across the street to the local Legion for great food and drinks or cook at home in your own kitchen! Monticello is approximately a 40 minute drive to Minneapolis. We provide everything you should need during your stay and the best part is the privacy! You have your own hot water heater so no need to worry about anyone else in the building using all the hot water. Soft water also provided. You have your own reserved surface parking space. You are able to live like you are renting your own fully furnished apartment. You are able to access all common areas of the building which is the hall to your place and the laundry area. We don't plan to meet you unless specifically requested. We are there for you if there are any issues with anything inside the unit. We are within walking distance of the Legion which has weekly Bingo, great food and drinks. We are on the corner of a dead end street that leads to an elementary school. We are close to the public golf course. We are well within a short drive for anything and everything one could need. Not ideal for public transportation. You will have a reserved parking space on the surface lot.
