Surfers Dream House (California King Room) The beautiful sea is right in front of you along the 101 coastline. We recommend relaxing on a beach with very few people. You can see dolphins and whales blow, and it will certainly be a time to experience nature. The area is famous for its avocado production. A 5-minute drive will take you to a small town called Carpinteria, which is an area nearby for shopping and restaurants. Santa Barbara is a 20-min drive from the house. We recommend the Farmers Market every Tuesday and Saturday and the Fish Market every Saturday. There are two rooms downstairs on Airbnb, the other has two beds (see profile for other room listing). We offer all-day bicycle/surfboard/kayak rentals. Message us for photo tours and surfing lessons. The space This space is uniquely located only a few minutes walk to this amazing beach. The large room is located on the ground floor of a spacious house. The bed is California-King sized and there is a closet with hangers. The bathroom is shared. We supply several amenities like shampoo, towels, a hairdryer and more. A shared kitchenette is downstairs with fridge, microwave, kettle and more. Guest access A friendly family live upstairs with one child and one baby. The area downstairs is for guests and has a shared bathroom and kitchenette. During your stay Please keep all communication through Airbnb. Other things to note Located near the 101 and railway road, one may hear train and traffic noise. No shoes in the home, please. We wouldn’t accept any animals because Yoko has an animal allergy.
