Beautiful 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath house in town for a maximum of 8 guests - only available during Princeton university reunions &/or graduation. All new, high-end finishings. One block to Nassau Street, one block to Prospect. Host will be immediately next door for any help needed. Two indoor cats live here and will remain (in the basement) throughout your stay. For extended family to stay for graduation or for Princeton Reunions, this location cannot be beat - this is my mother's home, located a block from Nassau Street and a block from Prospect. You cannot be closer to campus than this! This is a great landing space for those attending events on campus, but is not a good space for hosting parties or large gatherings as it's in a quiet neighborhood. Two resident cats will be onsite, so the house is not suitable for anyone with cat allergies or phobias! The kitties usually stayed closed in the basement with the door to the house closed when guests are on premises; the homeowners enter the unfinished basement through an outdoor basement access for cat care. The house has two zone central air conditioning for your comfort during your stay. First floor features a small sunroom in the front followed by a comfortable formal living room and dining room; and a charming kitchen overlooking private fenced back yard. Finally a sweet modern powder room/half bath. Second floor features three bedrooms (queen, two twins, queen) with comfortable beds, high-end 100% cotton sheets and a lovely bathroom with bathtub and shower. The third floor features A queen size bed, a small desk space, and en suite full bathroom with walk in shower. Access to the basement is allowed only with permission, due to the cats. If you do need to use the washer and dryer, make arrangements with the host. We are happy to help out with any special requests. The host is next-door, so help is always nearby. House has high speed internet/wifi. Guests will have access to the whole house, plus the lovely garden with outdoor seating and grill. We will be nearby, and happy to help with anything you may need during your stay. Overall, the house is newly refinished but is a 100-year-old house. There will be some squeaks, but be assured - beds are pristine, air-conditioning is perfect, and water pressure is great. This is a comfortable home.
