La Maison Rose, warm and luxurious

This accommodation, called "La Maison Rose" by the people of Roanne, is located in the heart of the historic center of Roanne: one of the oldest buildings in our city. These "old houses" with wooden panels were built in the middle of the 15th century. Neighboring the tourist office, one of the most beautiful buildings in Roanne, it has been very recently renovated. It combines charm and elegance with neat and warm decor: you will quickly feel "at home". The space With us, there are no service fees or cleaning fees! Ideal for recharging after a day of work or meeting with family or as a medium or long business or leisure stay. This newly renovated 90 m2 house is accessible through a gate with a keypad, then through a secure key box and an alarm. Isolated by double soundproof glazing (you will appreciate the silence that reigns there), it is composed of 3 levels of 30 m2: On the first floor, through the main entrance: a living room with a relaxation area with sofa and armchairs, and an open kitchen, equipped with all the necessary equipment to prepare your meal. On the ground floor, a comfortable living room with its home cinema and Oled TV connected & Chromecast (access to Disney+, Canal+, Netflix) awaits you to relax. On this same level are separate toilets and a small laundry room where a washing machine and dryer are at your disposal as well as all the household equipment if needed (vacuum cleaner, mop, ironing board and iron...). On the second floor you will find: separate toilets, a bathroom with spa bath, a bedroom with a king-size bed and a mezzanine that can accommodate children with its two 90*200 cm beds. You will have access to the small hidden courtyard between the house and the church, where a table and 4 chairs are at your disposal. Upon arrival, the beds will be made according to the number of people entered when you booked. Please note: when booking for 2 guests, only the king size bed will be prepared. For a booking for 3 people, we prepare the king size bed as well as a single bed. You can also request an extra bed for a cost of €10. We can have breakfast delivered to you by the Rémi Mathieu bakery (book 48 hours in advance by contacting us), delivered to the door of the house. This service must be paid through the Airbnb Resolution Center before your arrival. Breakfast composition: Adult: €14 1 fruit farmer yogurt + 1 fruit juice (Bissardon/42 St Paul en Jarez) + 1 mini muffin + 1 mini pain au chocolat + 1 mini croissant + ½ baguette + 2 mini pads of butter + 2 small jars of jam + 1 small jar of honey. (tea and coffee provided) Child: €8 1 fruit farmer yogurt + 1 fruit juice (Bissardon/42 St Paul en Jarez) + 1 mini pain au chocolat + 1 mini croissant (1 packet of hot chocolate will be available at the house) Parking: You can easily find a paid parking space around the house (free parking between 12pm and 2pm and between 6pm and 9am).
