Linville Gardens is a lovely condominium complex right in the middle of Pinehurst Course No. 3 and No. 5. Walk across the street to the Cradle and main Pinehurst clubhouse. Quiet and peaceful with well-kept grounds to sit on the porch and enjoy the fresh pine air and easy access to everything in the Pinehurst/Southern Pines area. - Free parking spots located directly in front of our building. - Walk to to the main Pinehurst clubhouse by taking a right out of front door and crossing the main road. - The Village is a short 2 miles from the condo for an easy drive or use the great walking paths for a pleasant walk. - There are local taxis if needed as Uber/Lyft can be hard to get in the village.
