Private Bedroom, Walk to Saint Paul Campus!

The house is located within walking distance to the Saint Paul Campus of the University of Minnesota and 5 miles away from the Minneapolis Campus and the Super Bowl Stadium. The Sate Fair Grounds, the Emily Program headquarters and buildings, the Lutheran Seminary are all within walking distance. Bus stops to the mall, or the downtowns are within walking distance too! and the neighbourhood is very safe and quiet. The space Private bedroom blocks away from the Saint Paul Campus of the University of Minnesota. A short walk will bring you to the Saint Anthony Park downtown, with shops and restaurants and the Emily Program headquarters. A block away to the bus stops that bring you to the Minneapolis Campus or to either of the downtowns, the malls or the Lakes. Not far away from the New Light Rail either and just a few blocks away from the State Fair Grounds. Clean, airy, well kept. Air conditioned in Summer when needed. Shares bathroom with one other bedroom. Bathroom was completely remodeled recently and features heated tile floors and tiled bath tub. All common areas of the house are open to guests, including Kitchen with utensils for preparing meals, and Laundry in main level. Deck in Summer where you can do your barbecuing and enjoy the evening. Must be non smoker and be ok with pets that are friendly and fun. Bedroom has 1 queen bed. Although Bedroom can accommodate couples, reservation needs to be made as such. Once reservation is made for one person, only that person can use the space. I love sharing my home, but please do not bring any guests without my knowledge and approval.Quiet, safe neighbourhood. Close to supermarket and a few eating venues. Guest access Guests are welcome in all common areas of the house. Basically, my home should feel like they are "home" for the duration of their trip.Although Bedroom can accommodate couples, reservation needs to be made as such. During your stay When possible, I try to be helpful and many times I will go to the store and invite my guests to join if they need to go there too. Other things to note I have enjoyed socializing with my guests but, on some occasions, I have had guests who needed their own space. In those cases, I am available when needed and all is well.
