Fully licensed Short term rental. This is a quiet area intended for families. Built in 2011 - boasts 2750 square feet with 5 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, 3 flat screen TV's, complete with an open area loft for entertaining. Large loft complete with 2 large sofas, propane fireplace, ping pong and Foosball tables. Large full kitchen and dining area. 20 minutes to Tobermory and 15 mins to Lions Head. Small community natural water access and public boat launch less than 5 mins walk The space I have 3 extra large bedrooms on the 2000 square foot main floor along with a large kitchen and dining area that will accommodate several guests. There is a propane fireplace, full size fridge and a beer/drink fridge with a freezer and a flat screen TV in the grand hall. In the loft we have 2 bedrooms and a 500 square foot recreational room complete with ping pong table, Foosball table, propane fireplace, flat screen TV and a balcony looking over the serene Fen with it's Bruce wilderness and awesome stars. There are 2 pack n' plays and a high chair. The bedrooms are set up as follows: Master - 1 king bed (attached full bathroom) Main floor - 1 queen bed Main floor - 1 queen bed and 1 double Top floor - 2 queen beds Top floor - bunk bed (double bottom and single top) 2 pack n' play Guest access complete house except 3 closet Other things to note !!PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING!! 10 guest max Please note there is to be no more than ten guests, including children at the house at any one time( infants don't count). Any more than this is a violation of local by law insurance and fire safety. If more guests are discovered than are in your booking request, you will be removed from the property with no refund, and your deposit will be kept. I'm sorry this is nothing personal. NOT SUITABLE FOR ALL PETS guest must reach out to me about pets prior to booking. some rules and warnings about pets. This is the country, and the property has no fences. There are coyotes, foxes, wolves, venomous snakes, owls, and birds of prey that all don't have issues and have a history of taking small dogs in the area. The pet is also not allowed on any of the furniture for any reason whatsoever, even if it's in your lap. The pet is not allowed in the tubs, so if the pet gets muddy, there is a hose outside. Hair must be thoroughly cleaned for allergen and sanitation reasons. The yard must be cleaned of all droppings. Also, the property behind the house is a Fen wetland. It is an ecologically protected zone. There are some endangered species of frogs breeding there. pets are not allowed to run free in that wetland. If you are okay with these rules and can follow them, I have no issues with your pet. I can not guarantee if BBQ will be operational.
