Immaculate one bedroom with private bath and NO CLEANING FEES. Simple and comfortable, yet very affordable. We want to add value to your travel by providing low cost sleeping quarters. We love to meet people from all over the world. Breakfast is not provided unless by special request. We offer coffee and tea for you. (If you have a young child who will share the bed with you, it is acceptable.) The space Our quiet, established Fort Mill neighborhood has many places to enjoy nearby. Restaurants, grocery stores and shopping are close, within 1/2 mile. There is a neighborhood park with playground equipment and free access to the neighborhood pool is included in your stay. Carowinds theme park, The BMX bike Center, Kingsley office Park is close with several new restaurants. Kayak the Cawtaba river, Walk the River walk. Horse back riding at Ann Springs Close Greenway, hiking, mountain bike riding in 2,100 acres of trails is available there. Many places to eat nearby in Fort Mill (and Baxter Village). We are 12 miles close to uptown Charlotte with its many attractions, Nascar, Panthers stadium, Hornets Basketball arena, shopping, museums, an outlet mall are some things to do. The Charlotte airport is about 19 miles away. We are very close to Morningstar and All Nations church, too. We have easy off-on access to I-77 (just two miles away). Guest access You will have full use of the private bedroom and bath. We share the downstairs with living room kitchen and dining table. You may have access to the refrigerator, microwave and coffee or tea in the morning. During your stay In pleasant weather we have a little patio for sitting. In the summer, you have free access to neighborhood pool (mid May- mid September) Other things to note We are on the premises to welcome you unless otherwise communicated. You may park in our driveway. Pets - additional fees 25.00 per day will be charged.
