Our spacious 4-bedroom house is the perfect place for a whole family or even two families. It is located in the very south of Gran Canaria near Puerto Rico, an area famous for its warm and sunny microclimate, even when the rest of the island is covered with rainy clouds. All rooms are fitted with air-conditioners. The minimum age for renting this property is 26. The space The house has two floors. The ground floor has a double bedroom with large double bed, living room, kitchen, storage room and a bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, one master bedroom with a large double bed, one room for with a pull-out bed and one room with a couch that can be used as a double bed. That room has an office corner as well. Both our bathrooms were freshly renovated in 2022. Outside we have a yard in front of the house, sunny in the morning and perfect for having your breakfast outside. It also has a barbecue place. Upstairs there is a large sunny terrace with a view to the sea. It is perfect for sunbathing or spending your evening looking at the sunset. For your entertainment there a lot of programs on the TV in English, German, Spanish and almost every other language spoken in Europe. Guest access The house is located up on a hillside which means that the beach can be reached by a winding road, about 2 km long, leading down the hillside directly to the beach. The beach, Playa de Amadores, is one of the best in Gran Canaria and perfect for small children because it is protected from the high waves by dams. There are also a lot of restaurants there. A car is recommendable. If you do not wish to rent a car, there are taxis to take you to the beach and back, each ride costs about 3-4 euros. The complex where our house is located lies on a hillside and there are stairs to reach apartment. A lot of parking spaces are available on the street directly in front of the gate to the complex. Other things to note About 300 m from the house there is the Europa shopping centre with two supermarkets, many restaurants and children playgrounds.
