Hands down the best location at Sundance - this wonderful luxury cottage sleeps 4 and is located on the Sundance Resort property and is a 3 minute walk to the resort's amenities including the ski lift, Sundance restaurants, Owl bar, the deli and General Store This cottage is the epitomy of the Sundance rustic, luxurious style. Please note our rental is not ideally suited for small children as we have art and small artifacts, that we treasure, throughout the cottage. The space Hands down the best Sundance location on the mountain - this wonderful cottage is located on the Sundance Resort property and is within a 3 minute walk of all the resort's amenities including the mountain for skiing and mountain biking, the world famous Owl Bar, the award-winning Tree Room and everything else that the Sundance Resort has to offer. You can literally park at our cabin and not have to use your car for your entire stay at Sundance. A former favorite offered through the Sundance Resort, our cottage was a top requested unit. Located on the Sundance grounds in the desirable Pines Cottages, our 1,000-sq-ft cabin is decorated with luxurious Native American themed art and rugs that mirror the beautiful mountain setting. It includes a small kitchen with a table for 4, two televisions, a blu-ray player in the living room and dvd/VHS player in the bedroom, lots of games, puzzles and movies for the kids, a vast selection of movies for adults, high-speed WiFi DSL internet, a cozy pot-belly gas stove in the living room and an oversized slate bathroom with dual sinks and a large jetted tub, and shower large enough for two. In addition to the king-sized bed in the bedroom, the cottage also offers a pull-out queen sofa bed and a twin sized cozy sleeping nook for children. It can comfortably accommodate 4 people. We have hand selected the unique art pieces in the cottage and take pride in offering a well-equipped, clean luxury experience for our guests. Guest access Please note access to our cottage is limited to the number of guests booked for the stay. Please inform us of any extra visitors or guests during your stay and obtain prior approval. Other things to note Please note that our cottage is small & cozy and a perfect overnight getaway for 2-4 people. Occupants are limited to 6 people maximum regardless of the number of overnight guests and parties, events and get togethers of more than 6 people are not allowed. Our "fireplace" is actually a propane-fueled stove in the living room (see photos) - Airbnb has no provision for a stove under their amenities list. King bed in bedroom, queen sleeper sofa in living room, and twin sleeping nook in living room. Our cottage is perfect for 2 couples or a family of 4. Note: this rental is not ideal for small children because of the many small decor items throughout the cottage.
