Family house, with a 1,000 m2 enclosed and wooded communal garden. In a small quiet village, it is located at the gates of exit 20 of the A6 highway, halfway between Auxerre and Chablis. Ideal for reunions of 6 or 8 people, it will allow you to discover the riches of our beautiful region! Everything will be set up to welcome you! See you soon! Guest access The master bedroom (bedroom + bathroom) may be inaccessible if the number of guests is less than 4 people. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions. Other things to note Linens and towels are not included on the reservation. They can be provided and installed before you arrive, at an additional cost: - 15 euros per bed set (1 fitted sheet + 1 duvet cover + 2 pillowcases) - 4 euros per bathroom linen set (bath sheets + hand towel) Two tea towels and a hand towel are provided for your stay. Our village is part of an experiment in garbage collection. Upon your departure, you must deposit your waste in the voluntary supply points, located in three places in the village: cardboard, plastic, glass, bio-waste, household waste etc. Their location is indicated in our welcome booklet, in the house.
