The site is isolated but close to all amenities of Arrens Marsous 5 km, or Argeles 12 km. Access is easy for all vehicles. Facing the pastures you will have the company of cows, sheep and horses and an exceptional view of the peaks. The barn is divided into 2 properties, each with its own private garden and independent access. The WIFI is of good quality thanks to data sharing on site. The space On the ground floor, a large 50 m2 living room with its kitchen in central island and a bathroom with toilet. A wood stove is useful in case of fog or cool weather... (logs provided) Upstairs, 2 large family bedrooms, each with their queen size bed and 2 single beds and a second bathroom with toilet. Outside there is a large table for 8 people, a large BBQ, a sink and a bicycle room and storage for sun loungers. The property is completely private. The second part of the barn is rarely occupied by the owner because he does not rent it. Guest access The duplex is fully available and the garden in front of the entrance is private. You can park your car there and another parking lot is available below for guests. Access is via the Couraduque Pass road. It is 5 km from the village of Aucun. A white-painted tree trunk indicates the entrance to the path. The entrance to the private road is sometimes tricky, so take it easy. The rest of the way is fine and you will find the gate 100 meters on the left. Other things to note Sheets and duvet covers will be placed on each bed in case we have not had time to make them, which is rarely the case. Please note that we do not provide towels.
