The Brannen-Devine House

This adorable, fully-fenced, cottage home built in 1892 is known to the people of Flagstaff as the Brannen-Devine Home. This treasured piece of history has been completely restored and renovated in 2019-2020 and is part of the National Registry. It houses brand new furnishings, and is equipped with what guests need to have a pleasant vacation. The home is also within walking distance to the ever-popular downtown. Destinations such as Historic Brewing Co., and the Lumberyard are a block away. The space The Brannen-Devine Carriage House is a separate residence located on the property of the Brannen-Devine home that is also a rented property on AirB&B. Both the properties have their separate entrances and outdoor spaces. The driveway is a shared space and we ask that guests in the main house park on the right side of the driveway (limited to one car). Guest access Guests have access to the entire main home and front and backyard (with pergola). The only area not accessible is the white Carriage House behind the pergola. The guests in that property have their own private entrance and courtyard. Other things to note If booking during winter months, please note that there is no snow removal service at the property. Snow shovels will be provided for guests to use.
