Find a serenity known to natives for millennia. Pick wild berries in season, and enjoy apples and pears from the trees. Experience Elk, raptors, swallows, and migrating birds up close. This is your secluded escape from home, you will find a quiet place for your friends and family to enjoy. The space The Space: Situated roughly halfway between the Hoh National Park and Klaloch beach, 16 acres of an ongoing homestead on the lower Hoh River. 3 bedroom 2 bath spacious and inviting home awaits you to take a step back in time. Enjoy the amenities of Homestead life without all the work! Guest access Guest access: Plenty of parking space and room for trailer turnaround! Take a morning stroll around the hay field, down to Nolan Creek, or into the Hoh riverbed via exclusive river access. Other things to note **There will be an on-site caretaker living in the lower unit, which is separated from the upstairs portion of the home. He will be watering the plants, tending the lawns, replenishing the bird feeders, and maintaining other outdoor areas. If you need any help during your stay he will be of resource, although he won't disturb your stay or privacy in any way. *Property is vulnerable to power outages due to the location and remoteness. We have backup drinkable water. Along with lanterns and we can also start a fire to heat the home if needed :) The property runs off a well and a septic system. So please keep this in mind. If for any reason there is an outage we will work to accommodate and do anything we can. Also, there may be work being done in the far cow barn in preparation for the haying season. Minutes from Ruby beach & the Hoh Rainforest, and hiking aplenty. An amazing open kitchen and beautiful scenery through every window. Guest tips: each room has an individual independent heat/a.c. Use the controller attached to the heater in the living room. Connect to the Homestead on the Hoh network. The mini-bar and refrigerator/ pantry can be stocked per request with advance notice for additional changes. *We have great phone service and reliable Starlink Internet access.
