Choosing Adenia means not just booking an apartment on the sea located in the heart of the Gulf of Castellammare, but also living an experience in Sicily dedicated to comfort. In facts, its position, besides being central and easy to reach, is undoubtedly enviable: as it allows direct access to the sea at any time of the day. Furthermore, its strategic location allows you to easily reach the main tourist attractions of the area by car. The space Adenia is located on the ground floor of our complex of apartments, with direct access to the beach, in the heart of the Gulf of Castellammare. The apartment is 75 square meter and it’s composed as follows: Entrance to a open-plan living room kitchen equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, coffee machine (capsules), kettle, TV, sofa, iron, washing machine and all the necessary utensils for cooking and eating. At its entrance there is also a little veranda equipped with table and chairs where guests can comfortably eat together and relax. In the apartment there are two bedrooms, one with double bed while the other with single beds. It is possible, upon previous request, to add additional beds for extra guests. Every room is equipped with bed linen,wardrobe and drawers. TV’s only in the living room. Furthermore, we also have available, upon notice, cots for babies. The apartment has 1 bathroom with shower, which is furnished with hairdryer and towels for each guest. Air-conditioning is located in the living room which is able to refresh the entire apartment. In addition, every room has ceiling fan. Wi-fi is available and included. The apartment overlooks a shared courtyard with private parking for 1 car. Also present in the coutyard is a barbecue and three open-air showers with a fantastic sea view, for all guests who come back from the beach. Guest access The entire apartment will be at your disposal during your stay. The only area shared with the other guests will be the front courtyard with the barbecue area, parking and outdoor showers for those guests who come back from the sea. In the apartment you will find everything you need: sheets and blankets, towels and soap, hair dryer, washing machine and iron. In the apartment there is both air conditioning ( conditioner located in the living room), heating and of course Wi-Fi. Reaching the apartment is really simple, as it is just a few kilometers by car from the "Alcamo Est" motorway exit. If you arrive in Sicily from Falcone Borsellino Airport in Palermo or from Vincenzo Florio Airport in Trapani Birgi, the apartament is respectively 25 and 40 minutes away by car. Other things to note - Check-in is always from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Arrivals before 4:00 pm or after 8:00 pm are possible but must be arranged in advance. Check-out must always be within 10:30 am. - The tourist tax must be paid at check-in and amounts to €1.50 per person per night, for a maximum of 5 nights. - Services such as restaurants, bars, mini-market are within easy walking distance from the apartment.
